The Right Parts for the Job
To ensure that you receives the very best care, we use only genuine Ford parts in our repairs. Don't trust your vehicle to aftermarket or "like kind and quality" parts, as they can have issues with fit, finish, and durability. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are tested during the vehicle development process and are held to much higher standards than non-OEM parts.
Choose the Right Repair Shop and Parts to Fix Your Ford Even if Your Insurance Company Tells you Otherwise
You are not required to settle for less and some insurance companies even have parts riders to cover OEM equipment. Before you're in a collision, be sure to contact your insurance provider for information on their OEM parts policy. Some companies will tell a body shop to use cheaper parts in order to keep costs lower. However, nearly half of all vehicles disposed of after a crash are due to repair-related issues. If your provider does not offer OEM parts coverage, shop around to find one in your state that does.
Furthermore, where you take your vehicle for repairs is up to you. Your insurance company can't force you to use a specific shop, so choose Bob Maxey Ford for your collision repair needs. We're proud to be part of the Ford National Body Shop Network. We use only new OEM parts, and our certified technicians have Ford-specific training so you can be confident that your vehicle is in the best hands.
